At Artivers, we are committed to providing a seamless shopping experience. Our products are created using Printify’s print-on-demand services, which handle production and shipping directly to you. Here’s what you need to know:
Processing and Shipping Times

Processing Time: Orders typically take 2-7 business days to be produced and shipped. The processing time may vary based on the product type and demand.

Shipping Time: Standard shipping times are usually 3-10 business days within the United States. International shipping times may vary based on the destination.
Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and the items in your cart. We strive to offer competitive rates.
Address Requirements

Latin Characters: All shipping addresses must be exclusively in Latin characters.

Address Accuracy: It is the customer’s responsibility to provide an accurate shipping address, as Printify does not provide address validation services.
PO Box Deliveries

Delivery to a PO Box is advised only for destinations within the United States. For other countries, delivery to a PO Box is at the customer's own risk.

The largest available PO Box size is 12" x 22.5". Customers should ensure that their ordered product will fit.

Express Delivery is not available for PO Box addresses. Orders with a PO Box entered for Express Delivery will be processed as standard orders.

Shipping to Brazil

The recipient’s CPF (Cadastro de Pessoas Físicas) tax number is mandatory on the shipping label. When creating an order, add the CPF number in the “Address 2” line in the format XXX.XXX.XXX-XX, and include the recipient’s phone number.
Shipping to Chile

The recipient’s RUN (Rol Único Nacional) or RUT (Rol Unico Tributario) tax number is required on the shipping label. Add the RUN/RUT in the “Address 2” line in the format XXX.XXX.XXX-X.

Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email with tracking information to monitor your order’s progress.
Return & Exchange Policy
Return Policy
We want you to be satisfied with your purchase! However, due to the nature of print-on-demand products, our return and exchange policy is as follows:

Defective or Misprinted Items: If you receive a defective or misprinted item, please contact us within 14 days of receiving your order. We will work with Printify to arrange a replacement or refund.

Incorrect Orders: If you receive an item that is different from what you ordered, please inform us within 14 days, and we will ensure the correct item is sent to you at no extra charge.

Change of Mind: We cannot accept returns for items that are not defective or misprinted. Please review your order carefully before finalizing your purchase.

Refund Process: Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 5-10 business days.
